- We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or claims-management services as defined where regulated (e.g. FCA-regulated claims management in the UK — see note below).
- Check results are estimates based on statutory rules (Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 and the UK retained equivalent) and the facts you provide. Airlines may lawfully rely on defences; final outcomes rest with the airline, enforcement bodies, or courts.
- Distance tiers, deadlines and scope follow the regulations as commonly interpreted by UK/EU courts. Where case law is unsettled, we say so in our guides.
- Statutory rights always apply regardless of using our service — you may always claim directly with the airline and enforcement bodies for free.
Regulatory note (transparent scoping): if and when our activities were characterised as "claims management services" under the UK FCA regime, we will obtain authorisation or adjust the service scope before offering it in the UK.
